Cancellation policy

1. Customer Cancellation Window

 Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

 Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

 Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 7019716449 or email nishktrove@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

3. Refunds on Canceled Orders

 Prepaid Orders: Upon approval, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 5 to 7 business days.

 COD Orders: No refund process is required if canceled prior to dispatch.

4. Cancellations by Nishk Trove

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

 Unverified or unconfirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

 Out-of-stock items or incorrect pricing/product listings.

 Incomplete shipping addresses or unserviceable pincodes.
